1. Drive partnership acquisition and insurance sales in NBFC, HFC, emerging segments, wallets, payment banks, banks etc spaces in the Life Insurance industry.
2. Ideate and conceptualize new propositions and prospects within the identified segments
3. Effective implementation of overall on-boarding business sales strategies to suit the channel dynamics
4. Monitor, support and conduct reviews and feedback sessions with the teams for continuous development and achieving business volumes as projected
5. Ensure channel adherence to statutory and regulatory norms.
