MBA with minimum 3+ years of experience in working in a partnership management role

- Deep understanding of Health Tech space and insurance industry

- Experience of interacting with stakeholders across Banking and NBFC leadership

- Excellent communication skills with collegial attitude

- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and nurture client relationships

- Good relationship management with Client at the middle & Higher management level Proactive & self-motivated, willing to take the lead and provide quality leadership to Sales team

- Strong Commercial acumen to make recommendations to partner network with solid handle on designing a robust governance architecture.

- Experience in lending products is an added advantage

Key Roles/Responsibilities :

Skills / Competencies :

- Build a strategic roadmap for partnerships with insurance companies, Health Tech and aggregators on the basis of business plan for an exciting new start up in the consumer fintech space keen to make a mark in shortest possible time. Build platform business as per the platform operating model vision & run the partner alliance program across identified key relations

- Develop and build partnerships and integrate them with the overall ecosystem. Identify new business opportunities possible with technology investment, challenge status quo and drive data / digital disruption. Ensure that partnerships drive revenue and create a preference for our platform within the partner and the partner's staff

- Drive the partner integration process in collaboration with departments across the company.

- Manage complex contract negotiations and work with legal counsel as required.

- Innovate, ideate and leverage data to constantly add value in partner's business. Help partners improve their services and products through sound advice and influence.

- Manage end to end relationships and handle program management for product launch and roll out at national level.

- Update clients about the latest products released and share insights about the market and our technology

- Identify new areas for business growth by researching industry and related events

- Work aggressively on business development, promotion and building brand of the company.

- Manage relationships by exploring value addition for our partners

- Find ways to better engage with customers by offering new products

- Create a 360-degree feedback loop between customer insights, technology team and our product teams
