Strategic Accounts Head - Sales/Business Development for an Automotive Technology Organization
Mandatory:
Experience in managing Business Development for the Automotive/ Heavy Engineering Technology segment (Services sales)
About the client :
Our client is a large Engineering Services Outsourcing and Product Development IT services company offering services in engineering and design, product lifecycle management, manufacturing, product development, and IT service management to automotive and aerospace original equipment manufacturers and their suppliers
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the client interaction at various levels
- Create and present solution approach, pricing strategy and proposal in close coordination with Technical teams
- Should be able to create account mind-maps to position holistic solutions for customer's problems/issues
- Report and appraise the progress and leadership support required for deal closures
- Comply to CRM adherence and weekly/monthly governance schedules
- Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction through quality, costs and timeliness
- Constantly endeavor to bring in efficiencies in processes as per guidelines / best practice
Desired Profile :
Education : BE & MBA
- 10-18 years experience in Engineering & Manufacturing IT
- Experience of sales/BD for services, should have managed client relationship and delivered sales targets in current/past roles
- Excellent negotiation skills and deal closure acumen
