Opening for Strategic Account Manager for Bangalore location for a leading Telecom company (5-10 yrs.)

Role purpose :
- To maximize the delivery of profitable revenue in Global Enterprise accounts, through the leadership, base management, and motivation of the team.
- To manage and deliver revenue growth from HQ accounts across the country and NHQ accounts with base in the circle. Deliver above across all product lines and maintain a healthy product mix
- Deliver the best in class customer experience with a high NPS score. Work closely with corporate and global teams, creating a seamless and uniform experience for customers across countries & circles.
Key Accountabilities :
- Deliver Revenue growth target in line with the DB in India
- Portfolio engagement across group companies of accounts
- Farming and nurturing deep engagements across levels of identified strategic accounts
- C - Level Customer stakeholder engagement and escalation contact for all customer experience related issues
- Engagement with various circles to deliver the revenue growth within India ( HQ and NHQ)
Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
- Experience in national accounts enterprise solution selling & C Level interaction
- Experience in complex change management and operating in a matrix, fast moving and technical environment.
- Team player, strong influence and relationship management skills, customer centric.
- Strong communication and conflict management skills
- Ability to multitask
Key performance indicators :
- Revenue and Subase Growth Target for India
- Drive C level Customer engagement & promote telecom products and solution amongst them.
- Order Booking for Fixed line and Gross additions for mobility numbers
