Strategic Account Manager @ MNC @ Bangalore

To manage expectations of existing set of very large multi locational pan India clients :

- Close clients issues in a timely and smooth manner

- Good understanding of various products and offer of the company

- Continuously up - sell and cross - sell various products and offers of the company

- Dealing and mapping various stake holders of the clients and have influential web of influence

- Assist in achieving Vertical sales targets

- To organise road shows, mail communication or any other marketing initiatives at the clients premises or through digital marketing initiatives for better roll out of products

- Networking within the Industry and other potential sectors people

- Portfolio management, time to time review of accounts and mapping, Client Relationship Management .

- Achieve assigned Meal, Gift & Multi Benefit up - sell and cross - sell targets.

- Work with Gift team to explore new opportunities in I&R.

- Work closely with merchant team based on clients requirements for the assigned territory.

- Work closely with the various stake holders in sorting out clients issues

- Provide segment market intelligence - Coordinate with cross functional team members

- Formal education with post graduate (MBA) specialization in Sales & Marketing

- Total experience of 3 to 10 years.

- Strong relationship building and influencing skills

- Ready to travel client locations and sort out things

- Should have the ability to work with cross functional teams to achieve goals .

- Should possess the ability to innovate and propose solutions to challenges that come from the clients .

- Industry : Office automation / Logistics / Telecom / Training / Banking and BFSR

- Sales Type : Business to Business to Private / MNC corporate and PSU sales

- Proficient in MS office

- Excellent communication skills.

- Excellent Presentation Skills

- Language : English, Hindi and Local language
