Global CRM and Fintech MNC requires Strategic Account Mgr(Loyalty and CRM) - Mumbai / Delhi

One of our client the global service provider of Customer Loyalty Programs, Channel & sales incentive programs, and Employee rewards and recognition programs. With headquarters in 7 different countries - Australia, Canada, China, India, Singapore the United Kingdom and the United States - It helps engage with employees, channel partners, and customers in more than 60 countries and more than 20 languages.

We are looking out for Strategic Account Mgr- Loyalty Campaign for Delhi and Mumbai locations

THE JD IS AS FOLOWS

Role Overview : Strategic Account Manager wear many hats and are required to interact with all levels both within the company and the client's organization. You will be working with the Account Director on a day-to-day basis to deliver online/offline loyalty programs and customer communications. Together with the team you will be developing, planning, and implementing B2B and B2C loyalty/communication programs.

Job Location: MUMBAI/ DELHI

Responsibilities:

- Developing, planning and implementing B2B/B2C/B2E programs

- Be the part of client relationship team to ensure that all project goals and objectives are met on time.

- Actively participate in strategic planning of quarterly/monthly activities.

- Planning/suggesting new promotions/campaigns and implementing them.

- Building healthy relationships with clients and setting up efficient processes with reporting

- Market Research - Measuring the program against the defined metrics and pre-set objectives, taking feedback from participants via questionnaire/survey, understanding the client business, competition mapping, and sharing the insight with the client during a review.

- Using data competently i.e. understanding program metrics and providing recommendations from time to time.

Key Skills :

- Strategic thinking and execution/analytical bent of mind

- Pleasing personality and ability to create an excellent relationship with the client

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks

- Team Player with good interpersonal skills

- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Education : MBA/Bachelor's/ Master's Degree from a reputed college

Experience :

- 2- 5 years in account management/brand servicing

- Good PPT/ excel skills
