Job Description:

Role Title : Strategic Account Manager

Reports to:Regional Manager and Matrix reporting to National Account Manager

Job Location : Kolkata

- Responsible for building partnerships and high level of collaboration with strategic & key account

- Lead team of Major Account Managers in implementation, business delivery and consulting

- Manage strategic & key accounts end-to-end.

- Responsible for strategizing all key account related deliveries such as key account plan, preparation & execution of accountmeetings and visits

- Leading account plan and ensure account needs and expectations are met by organisation.

- Lead and drive business processes within the account and provide strategic value to the leader

- Ensure quality of service delivery to Distributors.

- Deliver against specific KPIs :

a)Achieve sales and leadership targets

b)Achieve COI target (profitability)

c)Ensure provision of enablers / support to distributors

- Consulting activities include the following:

- Analyse: Build a tailored point of view by analyzing available account data

- Plan: Determine how to best connect with the account (tailored messaging, optimize account performance, etc.)

- Implement: Run meetings with accounts, create a shared vision, make the value tangible

- Monitor: Follow up on commitments

- Collaborate closely with CoE in order to ensure first-class customer care and service

- Support, communicate and co-operate with leading accounts, company internal procedures, and strategy

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

- MBA in Sales & Marketing

- 8 + years of relevant experience

- Sales experience

- Fluency in the local market language preferred
