1) Strategic Account Manager - Commercial & Mid-Market
The Role:
- You will be required to implement DD's aggressive growth plans in the identified territory. You primary focus will be on new business while ensuring existing relationships are maintained.
- You will be required to understand, appreciate and conform to DD's global sales processes that ensure achievement of critical performance metrics like revenue and gross margin.
- You will always keep the client at the center of everything and ensure timely attention to any CSAT issues.
Candidate Requirements:
- Knowledge of ICT solutions like networking, security, data center, cloud, virtualization, IP telephony, voice, video etc.,
- Minimum sales experience of 6 years in the above areas
- We are looking for hunters who thrive in a high growth, high pressure environment
- Ability to forecast based on quota and deliver based on forecast
- Proven and successful track record in delivering monthly quotas
- Knowledge of commercial processes in systems integration business.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to maintain senior level client relationships.
2) Strategic Account Manager -Global
Main responsibilities:
Develop the Account strategy & direction
- Account plan, short/medium/long term, sales strategy, Growth plan
Develop Client relationships and internal relationships globally
- Regional contacts, Gather intelligence and political landscape
Client Satisfaction - Single point of contact
- Ownership, resolution management

3) Strategic Account Manager (Handling Large Account)
Main responsibilities:
- Manage one single large account (Group of Companies )in region
- Build strong value proposition in that account.
- Communicate and promote value proposition to entire Indian organization, ensure it is understood and executed.
- Create and drive creative services related business around all engagements
- Develop aggressive hunting strategy around the Group
High level requirements:
- At least 4years of experience in product and services business
- Deep understanding and knowledge in technology aspects
- Knowledgeable in and ability to communicate around business case aspects of fixed line operators and mobile operators
Essential attributes:
- Good Communications skills (verbal and oral)
- Global Experience, culturally diverse and worldly experienced
- Services based experience
Ability to interface and communicate effectively with - Cxx- level people.
Qualification:
- Minimum 6+ years sales or marketing experience in the IT/networking industry
- Degree in IT, Business, Marketing or related field
