The Strategic Account Manager will lead a team of 2-5 KAMs along with on boarding new strategically important clients for the company. You will be the lead point of contact for managing your assigned category & team.
Major responsibilities:
1. Identify the categories of offline merchants and micro - markets to onboard multiple accounts from your category : Retail/pharma/healthcare/fashion and jewellery/automobile, food and beverages (regional chains, standalone, corporate cafeterias, college canteens, QSR chains)/spas and salons.
2. Manage the entire process of on-boarding to deployment initially, account management, merchant servicing and driving month on month transaction and GMV growth for the category
3. Revisit the top transacting merchants on monthly basis and pass product and market feedback to the product team.
4. Meet monthly onboarding & transaction targets.

Qualification required :
- Organized retail sales experience
- Team lead experience is a must
- Relevant experience in B2B sales
- Comfortable with field sales & unpredictable work hours
