The Job:

- Strategically growth their key accounts by identifying various business verticals. Cross collaboration with other business functions to design a process road map for hitting the revenue targets.

- Our client is one of the largest premium furniture manufacturing company globally. They provide workspace interiors in more than 100 countries with 500 plus dealers.

Key Responsibilites:

1. Identify, prioritize, and develop sales and marketing strategies to secure large opportunities at strategic account and alliance business partners.

2. Develop and execute collaborative account sales plans to achieve maximum account penetration within assigned accounts and industries to meet sales goals.

3. Establish contact and develop relationships with senior managers at major customers, target accounts, and indirect accounts with a focus on project management, real estate and developers.

4. Deliver impacting solution strategy presentations to key influencers and high-level decision makers to create value of Haworth brand

5. Liaise closely with sales operations team to complete the sales cycle in alignment with sales manager and general sales manager responsible for the market.

Describe the successful candidate:

- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Design, Architecture or a similar field. MBA will be preferred.

- Excellent communication skills and experience of managing complex sales cycle with B-to-B selling process in multinational companies

- 5-14 years of techno commercial sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in Building material industry/ Indoor office product portfolio sales

- Minimum 5 years of experience working in the office furniture or related industry, in Key Account management, sales or marketing of premium products.

- Quick learner, with results-oriented thought process and relationship building ability with CXO level. In-depth understanding of how other departments contribute to overall business. Also required is a comprehensive knowledge of the industry in order to contribute to commercial objectives. This includes enabling the business unit to differentiate itself from competition.
