1. Establish, maintain and enhance relationships with channel partners (Individual Investment advisors, real estate brokers, wealth managers, etc.) to distribute Strata's products 2. Conduct in-person meetings, phone, video calls with potential partners 3. On-board, train, and assist partners in using Strata's platform and act as a point of contact 4. Understand all concepts pertaining to Commercial Real Estate and be aware of other real estate practices 5. Maintain all partner data in an organised manner by using the CRM software extensively 6. Communicate professionally and responsibly, keeping with the company ethos 7. Familiarise yourself with the processes of other departments to ensure seamless investor query resolution 8. Deliver efficient and responsive resolution to various inquiries via email and phone which may include providing product and service level guidance 9. Assist with the creation of fundraising materials 10. Be driven to promote Strata as openly as possible and contribute to innovative ideas to help you reach out more efficiently 11. Be open to host and travel to events/meetings as per partner requirements
