Strata, a fractional investment platform for commercial real estate, is looking to hire a Finance Controller to manage our internal and external financial operations. Job Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Oversee internal accounting operations - Ensuring proper Cash &amp; Bank Payments (including BRS) including monthly closure of books of accounts - Preparation of various account reconciliation statements including inter-company reconciliation - Expense &amp; Fixed Asset accounting - Invoicing &amp; Revenue Accounting - MIS reporting (cash flow, project and entity profitability etc) - Regulatory compliance of Income Tax Act, Companies Act, GST Act - Co-ordinate in completion of statutory &amp; tax audits and filing Income Tax Return of the company - Responsible for accounting functions and internal audit of the company. - Support budgeting operations Expected Qualifications :&nbsp; - Chartered accountant with a minimum of 3-5 year experience in finance &amp; controlling - Knowledge of the Real Estate or Fintech industry would be an added advantage - Sound knowledge of private and corporate taxation
