Job Description:

StoryXpress is searching for a remarkable SaaS Marketing Head to lead the entire marketing department. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead all aspects of marketing, from demand gen and digital to product marketing, content to brand and everything in between. We are looking for an expert in this role who can actually help us build our sales pipeline through aggressive marketing activities.Also you'll be heading the marketing team, managing the marketing budget, developing a go-to-market strategy, planning and executing advertising campaigns on social channels including LinkedIn and Facebook, content strategy for B2B Brands. If you are a Result Oriented Marketing Leader with proven experience in SEM, SEO, and Demand Generation with a B2B and SaaS company, we would like to meet you :)

Responsibilities:

- Building and Leading Demand Generation Team

- Ensure a resource-efficient mix of modern demand generation strategies and tactics are leveraged to generate and influence leads that become opportunities and, eventually, revenue.

- Developing marketing budgets and KPIs for the marketing team, project management, planning, and reporting

- Driving SEO and Website strategy, conversion optimization, content strategy, and organic growth

- Driving SEM and Paid advertising strategy, campaign planning, and execution, optimization based on ROI

- Design branding and positioning strategies

- Have expert knowledge of marketing automation principles (experience with Hubspot or similar tool), lead tracking, pipeline reports, marketing analytics

- Leading A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels

- Implementing and Executing ABM strategies to support our Sales organization and build a healthy sales pipeline

- Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, CSM, and leadership, to drive new business

- Be forerunner of bringing new products to the market

- Design cross-functional and cross-channel campaigns

- Be at the forefront of new marketing technologies and strategies to innovate, improve efficiency, and increase results

- Partner with client-facing teams to ensure marketing strategy is aligned with other acquisition and retention initiatives

- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

- Former SaaS Marketing experience is a must.

- At Least 3 to 4 years of related work experience, preferably in a startup environment

- Experience in a B2B SaaS marketing leadership role/demand generation, with experience in managing high performing teams

- Full stack marketing understanding would give you a huge edge

- Have designed, crafted and organized integrated campaigns such as webinars, email marketing, SEO, digital across the entire customer lifecycle

- A right and left-brained thinker; you're as comfortable with a technical piece of content as you are creative brand work

- Proficiency in Hubspot marketing automation

- Extensive knowledge of B2B marketing strategies like ABM and LBM

- Great leadership and communication skills

- Passionate and proactive: a driven, self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.

- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills

- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
