Roles and Responsibilities:

- Effectively search prospective clients and convert sales leads for our range of services (Warehouse Leasing, Brokerage and 3PL)

- Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, Invoicing, payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting

- Ensure daily reporting as per the tools made available from time to time and timely and accurate updating of account data in existing sales CRM systems

- Retain and grow business from existing merchants through Renewals, Up-sell, Cross-sell, etc.

- Understanding of unit economics, P&L for pricing will be required to ensure that margins as per the company targets are maintained across all deals

Skills/Abilities:

- Good communication skill is a must

- Result-driven with experience of extremely target centric job

- Strong excel skills and understanding of P&L

- Ability of quick decision making and working independently

- Work seamlessly with cross functional teams to ensure deal closures

- Experience of Account management will be an advantage

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Sales, Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Logistics Sales, Client Relationships.
