Storeking - Manager/Sr. Manager - Lending

Roles and Responsibilities: As a Lending role, the person will lead partner engagement, retailer acquisition on lending platform, perform operational task, retailer retention & should have hand on collection.

- Work closely with our existing and prospective partners, to establish long-lasting relationships based on trust & transparency.

- Deliver value our customers by building the optimal product portfolio. Responsible for ensuring the achievement of lending business to ensure GMV growth for the company.

- Explore new business opportunities and find new customers & partners

- Strong relationships management & Team Management

- Bridge Product & Market Feedback, identify opportunities; new product opportunities, product enhancements, and go-to-market strategies. Interact with retailers/ customers to develop an understanding of their needs and collaborate with internal teams to meet their expectation adhering norms/ policies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure growth in business through Lending as an opportunity

Required Skills:

- Experience in Banking (Cards/Asset/Liabilities), Business Development and/or Product management ideally in the NBFC/Fintech Industry with Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work with partners and influence stakeholders across functions and levels Self-driven, analytical orientation; ability to balance between short-term & long-term objectives; comfortable with dynamic environment and ambiguity; collaborative, process-driven

- Experience with complex technology implementations Proficient in quantitative analysis, building business cases & presenting data-driven insights
