Duties of an ideal candidate will include managing accounting records, evaluating and managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, publishing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditure, forecasting revenue, coordinating auditing processes, and ensuring accuracy of financial information. What is the job like? - Preparation of all financial reports including P&amp;L and BS - Exposure in legal and secretary work - Assist with preparation of monthly financial statements, management reporting corporate compliance calendar as required - Filing of required monthly statutory returns (GST, TDS, etc) - Ensuring segregation of duties and Internal Financial Controls in the organization - Partner with Company Secretary to ensure compliance with Companies Act and rules thereunder, other applicable regulations and standards, optimize the impact arising from the compliance of various regulations - Lead all BOD (Bills of Distribution) approval processes so far as these has interactions with Finance - Maintain continuous lines of communication for all critical regulatory development - Exposure to financial accounting and reporting under Ind - A S - Good understanding of Companies Act compliances as applicable to Finance - Good knowledge of Banking products both Corporate and Retail - Exposure in driving reporting to BOD, Audit Committee, etc - Good understanding of Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) - Financial accounting and reporting - Analyzing financial data - Monitoring internal controls - Participating in budgeting processes - Directs cash management operations to include daily cash administration, management of current accounts and bank relations - Completes all cash management set-up documentation for new and existing department processes; prepares correspondence and proposals directed to and for cash management - Timely reconciles cash application and disbursements What do we require from you? - Must have overall 6 - 8 years of work experience post qualification - Must be a CA and CS will be an added advantage - Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures - Experience with creating financial statements - Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process - Must be well versed with accounting tools/software's and MS Office - Ind - A S (Indian Accounting Standards) exposure is a must - SAP Expertise in Financial planning and Accounts (SAP FICO)
