What is your role?

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and finalize the statutory books of accounts for the company and own the book closing activity for every month.

- Preparation of company-wide monthly MIS and other management reports, tracking of KPIs, presentation of monthly and quarterly dashboard and other financial planning and analysis related activities.

- Be conversant with Indian taxation laws and regulations and ensure timely compliance with all filings.

- Oversee Operations Accounting for the company

- Be conversant with the banking operations, and management of working capital

- Prepare and process proposals and necessary supporting information for obtaining working capital loans and term loans.

- Analyze and monitor the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, direct and indirect costs, and profit margin

- Collaborate, as required, on metrics, goals, and business reviews.

- Provide FP&A support to the finance and accounting team related to budgeting, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner

- Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions

- Producing models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors, Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis.
