Position : Store Manager

Location : Chennai or Salem

Experience : 1-6 years

Must have experience as a Store Manager.

Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for achieving the store target for Postpaid and Prepaid Sales, Data

- Responsible for overall quality of the store (Audits-National & Local)

- Responsible for smooth store operations in terms of handling on floor escalations

- Responsible for the customer Concern or feedback thus insuring proper implementation of necessary action against them.

- Responsible for training new joinees in store with respect to customer handling and selling skills.

- Handling customers escalations at frontline office at second level with their request, queries & complaints

- Taking care of the various business parameters and shop-up keep.
