Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets.

2. Customer Service Excellence:
- Set the standard for unparalleled customer service, ensuring every interaction reflects the luxury brand's values and ethos.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and effectively, maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead by example in delivering personalized and memorable shopping experiences for clients.
3. Sales Performance:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business development and optimization.
- Monitor and evaluate sales metrics, taking proactive measures to address any performance gaps.
4. Visual Merchandising and Brand Presentation:
- Maintain impeccable visual standards in alignment with the luxury brand's guidelines and aesthetics.
- Ensure that the store layout, product displays, and signage convey the brand's image and enhance the shopping experience.
- Regularly assess and refresh merchandise assortments to meet customer demands and seasonal trends.
5. Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory levels to optimize sales opportunities while minimizing excess stock and markdowns.
- Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with headquarters to replenish inventory as needed.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to promote sell-through and minimize aging inventory.
6. Operational Excellence:
- Oversee all operational aspects of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with relevant departments (e.g., HR, marketing, logistics) to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
7. Budgeting and Financial Management:
- Develop annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with senior management, monitoring expenses and revenue to achieve profitability goals.
- Analyze financial reports and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement cost-control measures while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a track record of success in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Passion for luxury fashion, trends, and craftsmanship.
