Urgently looking for Store Manager for leading international luxury brand of Cosmetics

Job Description :

- Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of retail sales

- Manage staff (make up artists) and assign duties

- Study market trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales

- Develop and implement marketing strategies

- Plan budgets and authorize expenditures

- Resolve customer complaints

- Reporting the day to day activities of the store to the senior management

- Determine staffing requirements and sending requests for hiring of staff

- Developing regular clientele and a database of the same

- Initiating stock requests and transfers

- Handling maintenance issues of the store

- Conducting performance assessments for staff

- Scheduling and rostering staff basis customer flow

- Administering a smooth functioning of the store

- Undertake all artistry related activities and interact with customers at an artist level
