Store Head - Furniture Retail

The Furniture Republic is looking for a well-spoken Store Head for their 12,000 sq ft Retail Furniture & Home Decor store, experienced in Sales and Operations.

KRAs:

- To manage 12,000 Sq ft store with a team of about 10 people.

- Responsible for Sales and store operations.

- Responsible for Business development through architects, interior designers and developer.

Requirements:

- People with no Store Management experience please don't apply.

- Good English Communication for effective discussions with HNI clients

- Sales orientation with high emphasis on "variable pay" against target achievement.

Experience: 3-10 years

Salary: INR 7.0-15L p.a.

Location: MG Road, Ghitorni, Near Gurgaon
