Coverage - Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP & Goa

- The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and execution of sales strategies, plans, and tactics for Stockone.

- The successful candidate will have a strong supply chain background, WMS sales expertise and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales. They will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue growth targets.

2. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the WMS industry and competitive landscape.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services to customers.

5. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the executive team.

6. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

2. Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

4. Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Bachelor's/PG degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
