Key Responsibilities:

1) Lead the end-to-end research activity for the specified sectors.

2) Providing training and grooming to the Analysts and ensuring efficient implementation of suitable procedures.

3) Collaborate with other local/global leaders in achieving goals.

4) Handle special projects that may be assigned on an ad-hoc basis.

5) Coordinate with all vertical/downstream teams to ensure smooth operations.

6) Conduct periodic team meetings to discuss updates, statistics, and any vital information.

7) Maintain the highest ethical standards both personally and professionally.

8) Ability to meet the target, while following a flexible schedule to meet deadlines.

Good to have:

1) Data Analytics and basic understanding of AI/ML

2) Proficient with use of software like Bloomberg/Accord.

Experience:

Must have a minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant sectors.

Qualification:

- CA/CFA/FRM/MBA(Finance) from top B Schools.
