Our growing company is seeking to hire a Sales Head who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team.
We are looking for professionals confident in the below responsibilities :
- Provide leadership over the sales department.
- Drive sales improvements & departments' performance against targets.
- Collaborate internally and discuss the actions to improve the sales.
- Build strong relationships with external partners and consumers to understand areas of improvement.
- Knowledge of latest lead automation trends & tools.
- Build out a sweet-spot sales persona model.
- Have experience in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding business staff.
- Coach and guide them on best sales practices and the latest innovation.
Must have :
- 10+ years of experience managing and scaling the sales team.
- High-level discipline, creative, self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Have strong organizational, analytical, negotiation & decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in all leading sales and marketing tools for both inbound and outbound sales strategies.
- Be able to demonstrate experience in developing and executing sales strategies for businesses that consistently grow revenue.
- Will speak their mind (with positive intent).
