Job Description (HR Products):
- Responsible for conducting research on market sizing and forecasting, competitive intelligence and benchmarking, and industry analysis
- Perform the tasks of gathering relevant information and conducting in-depth research of products and performances of key players
- Develop recommendations for Product team on overall strategy of long term product offering
- Processing and analyzing raw data into reports for respective stakeholder
- Work with external data suppliers regarding data accuracy and integrity
- Responsible for the development of client reports on current trends
- Work closely with Business Development, PMO and Technology Teams for creating presentations, user manuals, publishing whitepapers and newsletters
Required Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of market research concepts, practices, and procedures
- Expert in data analysis and integrate multiple data sources
- Skilled in data charting and creating PowerPoint reports
- Ability to merge and interpret data sets
- Proficient with Microsoft suite of products
- Strong research, analytic and logical thinking skills
- Outstanding time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Good ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in oral and written
