STEM Edulabs - Co-founder - Education Startup - IIM/IIT/NIT/SPJ/XLRI/MDI/FMS/BITS

Looking for a co-founder to join and be a part of core team to build (or I should say keep building) the most innovative solutions for school education in India, which otherwise has been extremely mundane and unexciting for ages.

Our solutions would incorporate STEM (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics) education pedagogy and make use of the best educational products and resources from across the globe with the idea of making learning experiential and fun for kids. The bigger vision is to build 21st century Creators, Thinkers, Problem Solvers and Collaborators.

With the above vision, a major chunk of the work has already been done in terms of identifying and sourcing products/resources and basic framework of various solutions and programs. You will join the co-founding team and lead in giving a technical, pedagogical, operational and marketable finish to these solutions and programs. The product is set to be launched in April this year.

The Founder is a Mechanical Engg and an alumnus of S P Jain. Currently an entrepreneur and previously worked in various MNC- s, he has more than a decade of experience under his belt. He has lived, worked and traveled across various parts of globe. Having seen the education system across the globe, he has a strong desire to improve school education system in India and is looking for like-minded people to be a part of this mission.

What you should be;

- An IIM, IIT, NIT, S P Jain, XLRI, MDI, FMS, BITS alumnus (Should have Engineering Background)

- Should clearly understand the start-up dynamics, pressures and its pros and cons

- Should clearly understand the risks and rewards associated with entrepreneurship

- Should be able to create, multiply and handle a team

- Should have 2-10 years of Technology, Operations, Sales, Marketing or BD experience behind him

- Should have a passion for working in education industry
