Program Manager
Roles & Responsibilities :
1) Business partnerships : Handle business relationships with external partners including documentation, agreements and presentations.
2) Project/Program management :
a. Planning Program/ Product roll outs with internal and field teams and obtaining continuous feedbacks to improve process/ product and track with teams for closure and roll out
b. Strategize fintech products with respect to SOPs, processes for market rollout in collaboration with Partners and internal teams
c. Provide training with respect to new product roll outs and motivation to the ground team and stakeholders provide support towards achievement of desired performance.
3) Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with an ability to independently manage projects, key stake holders and client relationships
4) Responsibility for team achieving business no. related to fintech products.
5) Work on alternate source of data for improving mooPay analytics
6) Market research on innovative applications to draft high level requirements for product roadmap.
- Manage, supervise and communicate Fintech MIS, reports, and trackers periodically
Qualification and Experience :
1) MBA from premier institute and 2+ years of experience in the BFSI/Fintech domain
2) Excellent Organizational, Verbal & Written Communication and interpersonal relationship. Should effectively communicate with different cross functional teams
3) Knowledge of Financial industry, Credit Bureaus
4) Basic understanding of financial Products and their life cycles, Read and understand the credit reports and analysis of the scores
5) Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, Independent project management skills, Stake holder management, client relationship management
6) Excellent written and presentation skills
7) Highly flexible - close tasks in short time
8) Ability to drive change, impact, and be adaptable to a wide range of situations
9) Professional services mindset, dedicated to serving the needs of the business partners
10) Hands on experience in Analytics tools
11) Excellent MS Software skills (MS Power Point, MS Word, MS Excel)
