Stellapps - Strategic Program Manager - IIT/IIM/ISB

Roles & Responsibilities :

Role overview :

Strategic Program manager will handle projects that contribute to the Stellapps success. These projects represent opportunities for the organisation to develop new products, troubleshoot problems or launch initiatives.

- You will be working on multiple projects to pilot new ideas, develop framework to scale up, reduce operational costs and bring process efficiency.

Your objectives will include :

- Strategies, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organisational objectives

- Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement

- Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached

- Strategic partnerships and execution

Responsibilities :

- Work closely with cross functional teams and external stakeholders to plan and develop scope, deliverable, work plan, budget and timing for new initiatives

- Manage program and project teams and coordinate and delegate cross project initiatives

- Identify key requirements needed from cross functional teams and external partners

- Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals

- Analyse, evaluate and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders

- Take initiatives and identify opportunities and partners to plan pilots and scale up blueprint

Knowledge, skills and abilities required :

- Strong command in excel to prepare budget and PL management and data analysis

- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities

- Advance project management and leadership skills

- Ability to identify and assess business needs and coordinate effective operating and system solutions

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment

- Self-driven and ability to gets things done

Preferred Qualification :

- MBA (not mandatory)

- 5+ Years of experience, preferably in consulting / strategy role / Startups

- Post-graduation or graduation from Premier institute- IIT / IIM / ISB - similar institutions
