Stellapps - Marketing Manager (5-8 yrs)

- Stellapps has an opening for the new position of Marketing Manager. We are looking for professional who will be a pivotal cog in ensuring the successful positioning and direction of all marketing activities of Stellapps offerings in target audience of Farmers/Agriculture Inputs Partners/Agriculture Retailers.


- We are keen to have someone with proven record of working with AgTech companies with exposure to business development, designing and driving online and offline marketing strategies for tech based offerings in Agriculture/Animal Husbandry, building brand awareness, increasing existing sales and helping deliver new brands and products to market.


- This role requires an energetic, creative and goal-orientated Marketing Manager with excellent communication skills to devise creative multi-channel strategies that engage, educate and motivate various stakeholders including farmers, manufacturing partners and retailers to name a few and sound understanding of various ATL/BTL/TTL strategies for agriculture/rural business. This position is an individual performing position; however, s/he might need to engage with multiple functional teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities :

1) Work closely with management and business team to create well defined goals, covering objectives and outcomes, of marketing strategy

2) Develop ATL/BTL/TTL marketing strategies to achieve goals as defined above using offline and online methods

3) Budget planning with various options and simulated outcomes achievable through marketing strategy including well defined RoI

4) Plan roll out/implementation of marketing strategies

5) Engage with external agencies, vendors, content creator and internal stakeholders for smooth implementation

6) Identify, plan and participate in online/offline events in relevant space

7) Plan and execute creative out of the box low cost visibility assets

Skills Required :

Education and Experience Requirements:

1) MBA - Marketing

2) Proven track record of working in AgTech/Agri Businesses

3) 5+ Years of experience
