Stellapps - Business Analyst - FinTech

- Ability to convert high level requirements into a detailed Business requirement document

- Define user stories, evaluate and assign the priorities

- Responsible for performing UAT and provide sign off

- Evaluating existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions

- Liable for managing assigned projects from inception to completion to include planning, research, design, and the assembly of background material, reports, and data for strategic initiatives and business development opportunities

- Liaise with all the relevant teams (Client, Internal development teams, Vendors, Partners), monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of project

- Participate in significant aspects of projects from scoping to problem structuring, analysis, and presentation

- Track and report on performance against project/ initiative goals, status, timelines, financials, risks, action items and issues. Detects and resolves issues that may cause risk to the delivery of project outcomes

- Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making.

- Hand-on experience in Python scripts, SQL and excel macros.

Qualification and Experience:

- Graduation /Post-Graduate (Prefer Fintech domain)

- Experience: Experience of min 3 years
