Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the Fintech project discussions with Financial Institutions and efficiently manage the financial portfolio with respect to the complete loan cycle, collection efficiency, risk management, SOP compliance, TAT etc.
- Strategize fintech products with respect to SOPs and policies for market rollout in collaboration with financial Institutions
- Risk management - Design and development of credit risk strategy, identification of risk mitigants etc.
- Read and understand the credit reports and analysis of the scores
- Analysing the Financial and operational statements through ratio, scenario analysis and other such tools to identifying risk factors
- Manage, supervise and communicate Fintech MIS, reports, and trackers periodically
- Provide training with respect to new product roll outs and motivation to the project team and provide support towards achievement of desired performance
- Prepare Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the existing portfolio companies
- Timely completion of documentation formalities in coordination with the client & lender
- Interact with bankers/lenders for approval of the loan policies by supplying necessary information
- Liaising and negotiating with lenders
Qualification and Experience:
- Post Graduate- MBA is preferred
- Min 2 years of experience in Credit operations and policy
- Ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment.
- Excellent organizational, verbal & written communication and with an ability to build effective interpersonal relationships.
- Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams is essential.
- Knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, and their life cycles. Experience of having worked in the Agri Finance sector would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of financial product development and management.
- Read and understand the credit reports and analysis of the scores
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc.) of products
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- Independent project management skills, Stakeholder management, client relationship management
Key Competencies:
Product Management, experience with credit analysis and risk management. Ability to understand and credit reports and work with Credit Bureau to optimise credit quality. Proficient in Microsoft Office
