We are looking the Candidates good experience in Vertex with SAP Fico and US taxation process candidates from PAN INDIA also fine

Support :

- Responsible for SAP Support for SD, FICO Module of SAP

- Responsible for Proper function of all Business processes

- Configuration of system as per requirement

- Responsible for SAP compliance like Period Opening / Closing, Reconciliation, Roles and Authorization Compliance, Adherence to SAP Policies so on

- Identify, Propose and Implement New Modules / Functionalities in SAP

- Resolving day to day queries from the end user

- Coordination with support agency for issue resolution

- Monitor SLA of support agency

- End User Training

- Development and Update of training content

- Responsible for support and coordination of Non-SAP IT System

- System / SAP workshop in factories and Regional Offices

Customization and Development :

- Identify Process Gaps, New features, functionalities and propose solution

- Prepare As-Is, To-Be, FS etc documents

- Development / Customization in SAP for respective Modules

- Monitor the usage System as per framework set by Corporate IT
