STEAG Energy Services - Senior Manager - HR/IR

1. Will be responsible for entire gamut of HR function not limited to end to end lifecycle management of an employee.

2. Will be responsible for creating and maintaining a peaceful and harmonious Industrial atmosphere for smooth running of the plant. He would be responsible for all the statutory compliances of the plant as well as liasioning with the state authorities as well as the client on behalf of the Plant.

Male candidates with strong knowledge and experience in HR/IR from power industry is preferable and ready to work in Eastern part of India.

Education: Should be a Graduate with HR/IR related specialization
