STCH - Senior Manager - Client Servicing - Events Vertical

Position : Sr. Manager

Reporting To : Group Head

Location : Gurgaon

Relevant Experience : 5-7 yrs

Role :

- You should be able to conceptualize and execute strategies and plans to achieve organizational targets in order to ensure profitability.

- You should be able to handle / supervise projects with team. (Starting from concept to execution to closing all by himself / herself).

- Should monitor competition and devise effective counter strategies.

- You are expected to be a highly analytical team player with aptitude for quickly scrutinizing environments to identify and prioritize needs/risks and develop solutions.

- You should be a proactive professional with diverse experience entailing client servicing and operating the event.

- You are expected to ensure maximum client satisfaction by understanding the client's requirements and delivering an 'A' class service.

- You should have the creativity to think out of the box and execution excellence to achieve desired goals & have inter-personal maturity and organizational skills with effective communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities :

- Attend the meetings and planning the event as per the client's expectation.

- Designing & mapping processes for achieving flawless production & operations.

- Briefing client on the processes and arrangement made for serving the requirements.

- Working on preparing costs and expenses for the events with the production team.

- Ensuring smooth pre event & post event processes.

- Preparing a complete event file.

- Identifying and developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationships with clients for continuous business

- Ensuring client satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
