Stayzilla.com - Email Marketing Manager

Stayzilla is looking to hire an email rockstar to be part of the fast growing marketing team.

Responsibilities:

- Lead all creative development and implementation of email marketing campaigns along with internal creative team

- Review campaigns, provide feedback and oversee revisions with the team

- Content sourcing and management in collaboration with supply, social media, sales teams

- Maintain library of campaigns and assets

- Set goals for campaigns and track efficacy of campaigns in driving traffic, engagement, revenue and personalization

- Maintain a healthy, active engaged user database

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- 1-3 years prior experience supporting direct-to-customer EMAIL marketing in eCommerce

- Experience in digital marketing creative development and campaign management

- Strong interpersonal skills; enthusiasm and ability to work as part of a fast growing team

- Advanced communication skills; present ideas clearly and concisely, both in writing and in person

- Innovative problem-solving skills; capacity to build new and efficient approaches

- Analytical skills; comfortable distilling campaign data into actionable insights and optimization opportunities

- Relationship management with external agencies, vendors or business partners

- Strong understanding of web/digital technologies
