Job Description:

Do you have passion for transforming the pharma landscape in India and the world?

You can do so by enabling business development conversations between prospective customers and Akums, to make change possible. In this role you will execute the company's B2B marketing strategies and programs to create brand awareness, acquiring and retaining new customers, deliver business results today.

You will be focused on brand awareness, acquiring and retaining new customers through the management of all online and digital marketing programs including, PPC, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, social media, Linkedin, webinars, email, social, lead nurturing, channel marketing and analytics. Collaborating with cross-functional team members and external vendors/agencies is essential to increasing marketing's contribution to revenue will be a must. This position requires a candidate with a blend of strategy, technical, creative, analytic and project management expertise.

Social Media, SEO/SEM, PR and Email Management

- Develop and execute marketing plans that may include SEO, SEM, PPC, email campaigns , PR, webinars, and website updates with objective to generate leads, funnel tracking, acquire new customers

- Design, implement, optimize a social media strategy to align with business goals for all social media platforms with focus on Linkedin.

- Partner with the Product team on developing and implementing effective marketing and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies

- Monitor, listen and respond to users while developing leads

- Running email marketing campaigns end-to-end, managing email databases and creating newsletters

- Helping Akums e-Careers advance its position as the leading company for health care professionals.

- Management of Google My Business. Able to manage reviews and create positive brand sentiment.

- Create, curate and manage any and all published content (static images, video, etc).

- Develop community outreach, via PR efforts, influencer efforts among others

- Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B lead generation initiatives, social media engagement

- Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency, deliver needed content and materials for seamless pull through on various delivery channels (website, email, etc.).

- Create and implement a CRM strategy including pipeline acceleration programs and lead generation towards specific, targeted accounts and contacts.

Website Management

- Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade organizations website.

- Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.

- Create appropriate website content aligned with the organization's strategy.

- Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.

- Improve the User Experience of the website regularly.

- Collaborate with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization's standards.

- Create strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics.

- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites.

Skills Required

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate; optimizing those campaigns

- Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles. Ability to create value propositions that communicate clearly to targeted audiences.

- Proactive with a curiosity and desire to learn.

- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail

- Team player with ability to work cross-functionally

- Experience in handling creative agencies

- Minimum Degree(s):

Graduation.

MBA preferred but not mandatory

- Work Experience: Total experience of 4 to 7 years, with > 2 years of relevant experience (Candidates with Pharma background or equivalent experience in B2B Lead Generation would be preferred)
