Statutory Auditor - Financial Services Domain - Big4 - CA

Your client responsibilities:

- Demonstrate a good level of technical knowledge and judgment and have the ability to develop well-reasoned and researched arguments on client issues.

- Demonstrate an application and solution-based approach to the problem solving technique. The same can be utilized for research on delivery of solutions.

- Demonstrate expertise in primary accounting framework (I GAAP, Other Domestic or IFRS) and in related financial reporting matters

- Demonstrate expertise in using Ernst & Young Audit Methodology to perform an assurance engagement in compliance with auditing standards

- Identify areas requiring improvement in the clients business processes and recommend possible solutions. Prepare and deliver management Letter to be provided to the client

Your people responsibilities:

- Motivate and inspire confidence in junior colleagues

- Be competent in discharging supervisory responsibilities and effective delegation

- Acts as a communication channel and help resolve people related issues

- Maintains composure and exercises control in pressure situations

- Proactively provides guidance on development of interpersonal and soft skills to improve competence of team members and counselees

Qualifications

- Qualifications: CA

- 3-6 years of post qualification experience

- Expertise in auditing and accounting standards, methodologies, statutory audits, Indian GAAP and exposure

- Should be able to managing independent relationships with clients and focus on business development, planning & managing assignments and managing teams.
