Job profile for Statutory Auditor :

As an audit in-charge the job responsibility would be :

- To guide a team of executives and articles assistant for performing the basis field work with respect to vouching and verification. Make them aware about the client business and its system of procedures.

- Consolidation of the risk formalities tracker and performing client back ground check (CBC)

- Performing critical project management tasks including planning, preparation of work programs to ensure smooth execution of the audit plan.

- Prepare risk control matrix, identifying the risks as well as controls on the basis of the walk-throughs performed. Accordingly select the significant accounts at the financial caption level and plan the audit procedures to be performed on such accounts.

- Prepare the materiality benchmark of the company and getting it cleared from the engagement manager.

- Conducting test of details and test of control in order to test the assertion of completeness, accuracy, existence, obligation and valuation.

- Preparing Analytical review in order to identify the differences between figures of previous year and current year financials.

- Perform audit procedures to ensure that the violations in CARO are identified and reported.

- Preparation of audit reports as well as issue management letters for highlighting the shortcomings, recommendations, improvement opportunities if any with the clients and obtaining action plan for them.

- Co-coordinating with the specialist team of direct tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing for obtaining entity clearance
