Primary responsibilities -

- Manage and develop people

- Empower, monitor, coach and motivate a group consisting of Team

- Identify development opportunities and training needs for high performing managers

- Conduct GDS Assurance teams performance reviews, serve as a positive leader and mentor, and contribute to the EMEIA segment performance

- Manage business and clients

- Develop or maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in the EMEIA Assurance leadership team

- Actively support the GDS Assurances EMEIA segment agenda for growth and quality initiatives

- Enhance relationships and leverage connections to identify business opportunities

- Plan for annual growth, resource and activities for EMEIA segment
