Job Description:

- Good knowledge of auditing standards.

- Good working knowledge of Indian GAAP

People Management skills:

- develop people through effectively delegating tasks and providing guidance to staff.

- contribute ideas/opinions to team members and listen/respond to their views.

Project Management skills:

- able to manage multiple engagement teams

Client Management:

- develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel and assess clients' satisfaction.

and resolve problems appropriately.

Desired Profile:

- Chartered Accountant

- 1-2 years post-qualification experience from mid-sized to Big 4 audit firms.

- extensive Audit experience, should have independently handled audits

- advanced written and verbal communication skills

- provide on-the-job training for developing auditing skills and familiarity with the firms methodology

- demonstrate the ability to effectively discharge supervisory responsibilities
