Statistical Manager - Retail

- Experience in statistical data analysis / predictive analytics / data mining

- Experience in complex statistical, quantitative, machine learning and optimization techniques and hands on experience in using Multivariate Statistical, Time Series, and regression techniques

- Ability to interpret business questions and translate them into specific analytical requirements. Ability to develop end to end technical solutions, including, model development and presentation of complex information

- A high degree of proficiency with SAS, R, or similar statistical software package

- Experience in working with SQL

- Experience working with very large databases (both in terms of rows and columns)

- knowledge of RDBMS

- Knowledge in big data analytics, or tools/methods related to big data analytics is desirable.

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in statistics, mathematics, or similar research oriented discipline, or equivalent experience

- PhD in OR, Statistics or Applied Mathematics is added plus
