Position/ Role - Statistical Analyst

Location - Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Job Responsibilities

1. The job involves preparation of statistical models for analyzing customer behavior so as to estimate demand of Investment Banking / Transaction Banking products from various institutional client segments like Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Corporates, Banks, and Insurance etc.

2. The ideal candidate would have experience of utilizing statistical methods – time series analysis, regression analysis, multi-factor models, correlation and covariance etc.

3. Work experience of 3 – 6 years in a team environment as member / leader

4. Educational background of masters or PhD in quantitative disciplines like statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering etc.

5. Statistical and data mining experience preferred; Experience working with large datasets

6. Experience with R/Splus, Matlab, C++

7. Proficiency in database and scripting or programming languages

8. Ability to draw conclusions from data and recommend actions
