As a Transformation: Change Catalyst you will engage in multi-facet assignments :
SYSTEM / FUNCTIONAL CHANGES:
- Identify Problems engraved in Organizational Business Processes
- Design Solution (Technological & Functional) to address business problems
- Own E2e Implementation of the Solution and achieve the Desired State
- Create a robust Business Case around the Problem & Solution
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and groom them as user stories.
- Ensure high quality by performing testing activities to confirm that the solution developed meets the acceptance criteria for each user stories.
SME BUILD OUT:
- Create robust training modules as digital content (Presentations / Infographics / Collaterals) for specific State Street Corporation Functional units
- Train the Leads / SMEs on the content and ensure further dissemination of Knowledge & Content to larger Organization
- Operationalize training & SME build-out program with detailed project plan and track it to closure
RISK MANAGEMENT:
- Independently drive and manage risk management activities across the business
- Perform Control Testing and identify control gaps. Work with business to mitigate risk or control deficiencies
- Review operational incidents and ensure timely escalation of such incidents on group risk system
- Participate in pre-audit reviews to ensure audit preparedness and identification of self- identified issues
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
- Responsible for the day-to-day progress of functional projects as well as time deliverable of project objectives
- Responsible for the coordination and communication of the projects undertaken
- Work with Business/Operations to solution BAU issues and contribute towards process excellence
- Learn, understand, and document business requirements
REQUIREMENTS :
- Strong relationship building and communications skills with ability to present ideas and concepts coherently to senior stakeholders
- Go Getter / Quick Learner with an attitude to venture into unknown territories and create learning path for the team
- Ability to navigate an ambiguous environment and find opportunities to resolve Issues
- Strong inclination to keep him/herself abreast with Industry & Market updates in relevant business
- Leadership and collaborative interpersonal skills to engage and motivate team members with good Interpersonal skills;
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, work with schedules / resources while remaining focused on team goals
- Proactive approach to handling issues, risks, dependencies and escalations
- Proven ability to be proactive, suggest new ideas and to drive tasks to completion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting; MBA in Finance / Marketing from Tier 1 / II Institutes
- 8+ years of prior experience in Mgmt Consulting / Corporate Strategy / Research & Development / Data Analytics
