The Asset Stewardship team is responsible for developing and implementing the firm's proxy voting and engagement guidelines, managing issuer engagement, and undertaking research and analysis of governance and sustainability related issues. Responsibilities - Assist in creating and maintaining Asset Stewardship content - Provide technical expertise towards development of Asset Stewardship systems - Enhance team's processes to make workflow more efficient - Manage and ensure data quality to support the reporting responsibilities of the team - Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present insights - Assist senior team members in their day to day responsibilities - The role can expand over the time to incorporate broader responsibilities Requirements: - Degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering. 1-3 years of experience as a data analyst or researcher - Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, advanced Excel, VBA Macros. Appian and/or Tableau experience would be a plus. - Strong communication and writing skills - Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to execute independently and also maintain strong team orientation - Interest in environmental, social and governance issues
