Exp - Min 5+ years into GT

Age - 38 Years
Industry Preference - Consumer Electrical + Consumer Durable
Required Skill:
- Exp in General trade channel (both dealer & Distribution exp is a must)
- Exp in Consumer Durable Products
- Sales + Reporting + Comm skills
- Should be handling a business of 40-50 Cr
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Meeting the Sales and Distribution targets in line with annual business plan for WT & WH category.
- Appoint distributors and direct dealers for both WH & WT as per business plans and needs.
- Responsible for market share goals for the branch for WT & WH category.
- Responsible for aggressive channel expansion and development for WT & WH category.
- Responsible for Channel deliverables, P&L and market share goals set out for Mumbai.
- Implementation of field marketing activities in the designated area.
- Credit control, receivables management as per the commercial policies.
- Leading and grooming the team Area Managers, executives.
- Keeping track of competition and provide critical inputs to the division on market happenings.
- Branch managers oversee and are responsible for day-to-day coaching and providing leadership to the team.
- Analyse sales statistics gathered by the team to determine sales potential and inventory requirements.
- Monitor customer requirements and response.
