Candidate should have worked in the local market of CG.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for driving B2B sales for mobile business in large enterprise customers.

- Enhancing SMB account penetration with breadth of company products, value added services, innovative solutions for Voice and data for the SMB segment nationally.

- Managing the complete portfolio of mobile products which include feature phones, smart phones, tablets and business applications.

- Sharing successful best practices, process improvements, business knowledge about own and allied industry verticals.

- Identifying along with set of accounts to be focused under SMB vertical through smart data filtration of databases to arrive at the right target audience for selling enterprise type of products.

- Responsible for recruiting, managing & mentoring a robust channel for enterprise vertical.

- Work with marketing & distribution teams to have enterprise specific strategies.

- Build Channel Partners Ecosystem - onboarding, training & growth

- Sell Sales Force Automation and Field Force Automation solutions to enterprise clients.

- Ensure execution of company sales strategy and delivering sales acquisition targets (including ensuring customer retention / quality of acquisition targets) for all enterprise customers.

- Build networks and strategic alliances to drive business development and revenues

- Offer and own delivery of value proposition to the channel partners

- Implement policies and processes around channel build-up including channel partner selection, on-boarding and relationship management

- Ensuring customer participations in technology seminars, talks, industry meets/ conferences as well as organization of client engagement programs (road shows, strategic event sponsorships, promotions) for identified key customers.

- Accumulating and sharing down the line regular updates, information feedback on company products, competitor products and services.

- Ensure coordination with Training team at headoffice to ensure capability development across all levels

- Collate competitor/market intelligence in the state and take appropriate action (after discussing with State Sales & Distribution Head and Head office)
