This individual will be part of the India Sales team to lead the entire state for General Trade.

Relevant Experience :
- The individual should have prior experience of working in high sales growth FMCG environment
- Must have a proven track record of achieving consistently high sales growth in a competitive scenario
- Travelling would be essential part of this job and candidate should be ready to relocate to anywhere in India
- Strong experience in Distributor evaluation, appointment, Geographical Reach and coverage design (route mapping, beat route planning etc.)
Required Skills :
