- Coaching the team on sales execution and territory management

- Manage distribution system.

- Manage Sales development and trade marketing requirement.

- Work with brand team to identify activation opportunities.

- Handle trade promos, annual budgeting, costumer complaints.

- Shortlist trade promotion alternatives
