State Lead/ Zonal Lead for Fintech startup
- Responsible for loan book, revenue target & business performance metrics for the Regions in alignment with business goals.
- Drive Continuous improvement of the Sales Process for wealth management and portfolio management
- Responsible to drive sales team to develop new portfolios, HNI clients.
- Encourage and groom team to meet productivity benchmarks and higher levels of engagement
- Manage customer relationship for cross-sell, upsell opportunity, fee-income, partner products, etc.
- Identify and contribute solution / strategies to key impediments of growth in new/existing businesses.
- Interacting with HNI existing and prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs
- Looking for business growth opportunities by identifying products and services which can be matched with needs of existing and prospective clients.
- Provide coaching and support to the sales team to track the sales funnel and related operational metrics delivering regular insights to the business.
- Responsibility of ensuring that his portfolio has minimum delinquency and hand hold customers through timely repayments.
- Support and Co-ordinate the implementation new sales strategies and initiatives in order to deliver better results.
- Effective liaisoning with internal stakeholders for effective processing of application.
- Oversees all the data and processes that enable an effective sales processes and management.
- Analyze and monitor sales results providing advice and insights.
- Drive adoption of sales reporting and business intelligence tools.
- Provide regular updates and ad hoc trainings on processes, tools and reports
