State Lead - Mumbai & Chennai
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
- Lead a team of 5-15 sales associates / BDMs and Team Leaders and ensure target achievement of each team member
- Acquiring high quality influencers/customers and enabling generation of the set targeted revenue
- Develop deep understanding of the influencers/customers in the region/state and deliver high quality traffic to the Omni channel platform
- Provide insights/ inputs into development of digital/online marketing programs to drive higher brand awareness through increased traffic and customer engagement
- Ensuring that the influencers/client information is maintained and updated in platform systems/ CRM
- Ensuring high influencer/customer retention through customer service and relationship
- Ensure problem solving of all existing team members and train new members to reach highest efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCE REQUIRED:
- 5+ Years of sales experience along with team handling experience, preferably in the steel industry (Steel Sales (flats) - HR, CR, PPGL etc)
- At Least 3+ years of experience in a B2B (Business-to-Business) process of any E-commerce and/or retail organization
- Prior experience within an Omni channel retail environment is a plus
- Local Language Skills: As per location of opening, the local language proficiency is must
- Experience meeting customer needs and building productive customer relationships, taking responsibility for satisfaction and loyalty
- Experience in using CRM and other software application
